By accessing or using Avin ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must immediately terminate use of our application and website.
2. Description of Service
Avin is a prompt engineering assistant designed to act as a structured middleware layer between users and third-party AI models (including but not limited to ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and Perplexity). We provide tools for editing prompt templates, compiling dynamic variables, and copy-launching prompts into external platforms.
3. User Accounts & Responsibilities
If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials. You agree that all prompts and templates you save or transmit do not violate any local laws, third-party rights, or the safety policies of the target AI models.
4. Beta Version and Availability
Avin is currently in beta. Features may change, be modified, or be discontinued at our discretion without prior notice. We make no guarantees of uninterrupted uptime or data preservation. Please backup your collections.
5. Intellectual Property
The logo, design assets, website UI, code patterns, and brand name "AVIN" are the property of AVIN AI. Your custom-created prompt templates and variable mappings remain yours, and we do not claim any ownership rights over your prompts.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AVIN AI, its makers, or affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Service, including any inaccuracies or failures in third-party AI platform outputs generated using our prompts.
7. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of our operating jurisdiction, without regard to conflict of law principles.
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Your continued use of the Service following the posting of changes constitutes acceptance of those updates.
